Vocal Saboti MP Caleb Amisi, has asked government officials to bring evidence of their accusations they are laying against the government after they leave office.

On Tuesday, April 8, the ODM Lawmaker in his post asked the accusers to come up with a set of evidence to back up their words; by naming the accuser and the nature of crime of failure while they carried out their duties.

“All those people who left the government and are now spilling the beans must accompany their verbosity with two sets of evidence; One naming the accused ( all of the) and the nature of crime or failure on their duty,” Amisi wrote on his X.

His sentiments come barely a day after former deputy president Rigathi Gachagua made controversial revelations during his interview on Monday, April 7. In his revelation, Gachagua accused President William Ruto of sending key officials to ask him to resign, he also disclosed that he has the recording of the senior official.

Gachagua further linking popular blogger Dennis Itumbi of writing statements for the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI), and that leaders report to Farouk Kibet, as he is a s power president.

Further shutting Ruto’s regime, Gachagua claimed that former Agriculture Cabinet Secretary (CS) Mithika Linturi was framed in the fake fertilizer scandal, as the whole procurement process was done from State House.

According to Amisi, for the verbal accusations to make sense, the accuser should show Kenyans how he is innocent from the malpractices, as their revelations could be their downfall, as Kenyans will accuse them of failing to take action while they had the capacity.

“The second one showing that themselves are innocent. Otherwise, Kenyans will turn on them for not speaking when they are still in office!,” he further wrote.

After his sacking, former CS Justin Muturi also accused the president of being unfit to hold office, as he is irredeemably corrupt.

He further said he has no bitter feelings towards the president for firing him, as he stayed in government to understand the cases of rampant abductions and killing of young men. as his son was a victim of abduction, and the government dealing with issue is what prompted his actions against calling Ruto end the abduction cases in the country.
