Roadmap to 2027? Rigathi Gachagua Attends Launch of DAP-K Headquarters At Chui House

Political clouds in the country all indicating a roadmap to the 2027 supposed coalitions and alliances, against the ruling Kenya Kwanza government, under the United Democratic Alliance Party (UDA).

In the latest development, former deputy president Rigathi Gachagua and Wiper Party leader Kalonzo Musyoka on Monday, January 27, attended the launch of the Democratic Action Part of Kenya (DAP-K) in Nairobi at Chui House. Gachagua was with his gained close ally, former UDA Secretary General Cleophas Malala, among others.

Vocal Githunguri MP Gathoni Wamuchomba, Kisii senator Richard Onyonka, MP Samuel Parashina, Wanjiku Muge from Kipipiri, Geoffrey Wandeto MP Tetu, Majordonk Mwangi from Embakasi Central, former Laikipia Women Representative Catherine Waruguru  among ODM and UDA troops in attendance respectively, as well as former Kiambu governor Ferdinand Waititu.

In their page, DAP-K stated that the new chapter is aimed at reclaiming the lost glory of Kenyans, as the hunting began. the party leader Eugene Wamalwa further saying its a new dawn to bringing a just and equitable shared resources.

“All about building alliances to reclaim the lost glory of Kenyans. The hunting just began,” DAP-K stated.

The appearance of Gachagua, hinting at possible formation of coalition, in 2027, barely a day after he visited the leader of Narc-Coalition Martha Karua, at Kimunye village, Gichugu constituency in Kirinyaga County.

Gachagua has been reconnecting with former allies of President William Ruto, who have been his adamant supporters, defending him at all costs. The three leaders have been biggest critics of Ruto, calling him out for political betrayal, and failure to deliver his promises to the people of Kenya.

The leaders were engaged in a heated exchange during Ruto’s development tour in Western Kenya, where they called him out for beginning early campaigns, instead of delivering to Kenyans.

Refuting the claims by his critics while in Busia, Ruto fired back terming them afraid, as he is yet to start campaigns, but was delivering his duties to the people of Western Kenya. He further told off his critics, that he will defeat them flat foot in the 2027 general elections.

The political alignments in the country has started taking shape, as Kenyans new Independent Electoral Boundaries Commission (IEBC), selection panel have been sworn in by Chief Justice Martha Koome at the Supreme Court.
