Sukari hit maker Zuhura Athman commonly known as Zuchu has announced breakup with Tanzanian bongo star Diamond Platinumz.

While posting on her Instagram page, the Tanzanian artist confirmed that the relationship is no longer in existence, after having been dating for the past three years.

“After three years of dating, me and Naseeb we have positively decided to call it quits,” posted Zuchu.

She however, did not explain why they ended things but made it clear that it was a mutual choice.

Zuchu, while confirming the breakup, also affirmed that she is excited about a new project coming up and reassured her fans that they can look forward to it. She wished Diamond well for the future and asked her supporters to continue backing her as she focuses on healing and her music career.

“We do have an upcoming project, so do not be surprised when it is released. Wishing Simba the absolute best. Asking my good people for your endless positive support as my main focus now is healing and my career,” continued Zuchu.

Earlier this year, Zuchu had talked about yearning to start a family with Diamond and even praised him on Father’s Day for being a great dad. She mentioned that they hadn’t taken that step yet because their relationship wasn’t officially recognized.

Diamond, who leads Wasafi Classic Baby (WCB), is a father of four children from his previous relationships.

As Zuchu and Diamond move on, fans are reflecting on their time together and showing support for Zuchu as she enters this new chapter in her life.
