Kapseret Member of Parliament, Hon. Oscar Sudi has promised Kenyans that he is finalising on his report to release a bombshell exposing government officials who are scooping millions of shillings in tender deals.
In his Facebook page, the MP affirmed that these people who are mainly heads of procurement department in parastatals and government ministries have been promoting their own companies using the said tenders.
“I’m finalising on an earthshaking report that will expose government officers, majorly heads of procurement in parastatals and ministries who are favouring their own companies under proxies to scoop multimillion government tenders,” said Oscar Sudi.
In his statement, the lawmaker claimed that these senior government officials have been detering other businesses from securing government tenders despite being qualified to procure the alleged tenders.
“These well-known individuals are discriminating against and mistreating legit businessmen by locking them out of public government tenders despite being qualified,” continued Sudi.
In the earthshaking bombshell, Sudi will ensure that he calls the names of all the people he allegedly accuse of throttling government ministries and parastatals, one after the other.
“I will be calling out these culprits one by one who have our ministries in a chokehold,” Sudi promised.
The statement received acknowledgements from Kenyans who are waiting for the names of the government officials compromising government tenders.
A Facebook user, Mzalendo Mzalendo urged the lawmaker to give out the names in order to streamline the government.
He said ,“We must streamline the government. Do it, we support.”
Fred Sagala said, “These are the good ideas that are required of you as an MP, to oversight, you can also legislate the long unnecessary procurement processes in government.”
Kenana Junior asked the MP to name the leaders behind Nairobi garbage contract, alleging that Oscar Sudi is the one.
He said, “Hope ule ako na contract ya taka taka Nairobi also will be on your list of shame.”
Kaba Methu, Nyandarua Senator, told the MP, “ I’m sure in your list, you will have Kamau, Mwangi, Wanjugu and Gachagua, to help you set the stage of the purge meant to remove kwekwes from government. Be shameless, just remove them with the same impunity you removed the Deputy President without necessarily taking them through shame and ridicule. Otherwise, if you were so sincere, the first name would be that of Oscar Sudi.”
Moses Mordecai, was also not left behind. He replied, “ Set a thief to catch a thief…this proverb might work for this regime…vita imeanza jikoni wanapigania kula nono nani anatolewa kwa kikosi Cha upishi ….twende nalo waanikane sasa.”
Brighton Wisdom warned the MP against people who might unite to whip him off the political arena.
