Shortly after announced in the committee that will deliver in the bid for presidency for Busia Senator Okiya Omtatah, Hanifa Adan has expressed her preparedness at her role.

She has affirmed that the journey has begun to bring sanity back to the country.

She wrote, ” And it BEGINS!!!! The campaign begins!!! We’re bringing back sanity to our country!!!”

She added that there is no impossibility in removing President William Ruto from the seat, confirming that she is ready to do anything within her means to help Okiya Omtatah clinch the Presidency.

“You can sit around and whine about the impossibility of unseating Ruto OR start campaigning for @OkiyaOmtatah at grassroots levels. I don’t care if I die trying, we will drain the swamp,” asserted Hanifa.

Hanifa was named as the Public Relations and Media Consultant in the Okiya Omtatah Presidential Exploration Committee and she will be responsible for coordination with the media and matters relating to public concern.

The Committee will be chaired by Mary Kathomi Riungu, who will coordinate and ensure timely delivery of outputs as Charles ole Kabaiku appointed the Deputy chair, who will assist in coordinating the committee and diaspora affairs.

Hanifa, a digital strategist, has been on the limelight due to her bold fight during the Gen Z demonstrations that made President William Ruto bow down to pressure and decline signing the controversial Finance Bill 2023 into law.
